Dry January Wall Chart 4th January 2017

Almost everyone starts the New Year determined to rid themselves of the Christmas excess and possibly a bit, or even a lot, more. One of the favourite ways to start your post Christmas health kick is by completing the dry January challenge and this is where I am starting. To help with my challenge, and becuase what gets measured gets done, I decided to find a nice wall chart to tick off my progress. However, you can imagine my surprise when the internet didn't deliver one! So I've put together a very simple chart that you can download here or via the link above.
